Q. I am not sure of what banner size or file format I should get? Can you help me decide?
A. No problem, you can look here to see the most common sizes and file formats of each banner ad type. If you still have questions feel free to contact us an time for more information to help you decide what product will best fit your needs.

Q. Having trouble logging in?
A. Check to make sure you are typing in your user name and password correctly. Still not able to log in? Please contact us via homepage send request form and we will reset your user name and password.

Q. Do you collect our email addresses?
A. NO! We will never create an email list. Any emails we receive are responded to and that's it. The only time we retain contact information is when you become a customer so that we can maintain communication through out the course of your projects. Hot Designs will never share or disclose any of your personal or private information with any third party unless directed by you.

Q. Do you have any type of guarantee? How do I know I am getting value for my money?
A. We do offer unlimited revisions (within reason) until you are 100% satisfied with your finished project.

Q. How long does it take to get a banner ad?
A. That really depends on the scope of the project but usually no longer than 24 hours.

Q. I don't like filling out forms, are there other ways to contact you?
A. Yes, you may use any of our contact information at any time under our contact tab at the bottom of the page.

Q. I was looking at your services page and you don't really have anything that fits my needs.
A. No problem, our services list is just a basic template of our most common services but we will be happy to customize a package that suits your needs at any given moment. Simply contact us and let us know what you require.

Q. I am having trouble downloading my finished project, where do I click?
A. Locate the link labeled zip after your project description. Click on it and your download will begin.
